Cancellation Policy
-To cancel/reschedule your appointment please call 513-955-6035 or email: creativeculturecincy@gmail.com 24 hours or more before your scheduled appt. time.
Deposits paid to book for services are non-refundable. Please arrive on time! If you are 10 minutes or more late, a $10 late fee is added to your total balance. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment is cancelled, and you will have to reschedule and your booking fee is forfeited.
